Liceo Bicentenario San Miguel Arcángel Participates in a Safety Seminar Organized by the Carabineros in Linares
As part of efforts to promote a positive school environment and prevent violence in educational settings, the Liceo Bicentenario San Miguel Arcángel participated in a safety seminar organized by the Chilean National Police, held at the Linares Municipal Theater.
The event, held this Wednesday and organized by the MICC (Carabineros-Community Integration Model), was designed to provide tools and strategies for addressing various situations that affect safety in educational institutions, while promoting collaboration among these institutions.
Representing our school were Marcela Cuevas, Coordinator of School Community Relations for Elementary Education, and Marta Vásquez, Inspector of Secondary Education, who participated in this important training and dialogue session alongside representatives from various schools across the province.
During the event, topics related to prevention, the protection of the school community, and the importance of coordination among the various stakeholders in the school system were discussed, with particular emphasis on the fundamental role of school harmony in creating safe environments.
As an educational community, we value these kinds of initiatives, which strengthen our institutional capabilities and enable us to continue making progress in fostering safe, supportive environments that prioritize the overall well-being of our students.
