Management Team
At our Liceo Bicentenario Colegio San Miguel Arcángel, the administrative team plays a fundamental role in the development and growth of the entire educational community. They are responsible for leading, coordinating, and guiding the way toward a quality education, based on the institutional values that define us: Faith, Effort, Respect, and Solidarity.
His main responsibilities include:
🔹 Management and Leadership of the Institutional Educational Project (
) Overseeing the implementation of the Institutional Educational Project (PEI), ensuring that educational objectives are met and reflected in the school’s daily life. The administrative team fosters a positive school environment, promoting healthy relationships and mutual respect.
🔹 Instructional Management
To guide and support teachers in their daily work, promoting innovative and effective teaching practices. They organize instructional and technical work and foster teachers’ professional development, always prioritizing our students’ learning and well-being.
🔹 School Administration
Oversee the proper allocation of tasks, time, and resources within the school. This includes planning activities, ensuring school safety, and effectively managing material and human resources.
🔹 Community Outreach
Maintain close and transparent communication with students, parents, guardians, and all school staff. The administration values family involvement in the educational process and strengthens ties with other institutions and support networks.
🔹 Financial and Administrative Management
Work closely with the school’s governing body to plan and manage the school’s budget. They also seek opportunities to secure additional resources to support the development of educational projects and institutional improvements.
