Students from San Miguel excel at the CMAT, achieving significant regional and national accomplishments

The ceremony honoring outstanding students from the National Mathematics Championship (CMAT) was held in the Aula Magna at the University of Talca, an event that brought together the best mathematical talents from the Maule Region.

In this context, students from our school were recognized for their outstanding academic performance in this important competition:

  • Marcelo Bravo, 11th Grade B: 🥇 Regional Champion

  • Carlos Díaz, 8th Grade A: 🏅 4th place nationally

Team category – Second place in the region:

  • Tomás Ramírez, 9th Grade A

  • Vicente Fuentealba, 7th Grade A

  • Joaquín Alvear, 7th Grade B

  • Martín Seguel, 7th Grade B

  • Luis Leppe, 9th Grade B

These results reflect our students’ high level of commitment, discipline, and development of logical-mathematical reasoning, as well as the systematic work carried out throughout the year to strengthen skills such as problem-solving and advanced mathematical thinking.
