Dear Parents and Guardians:
We hope you and your families and loved ones are well. We would like to inform you that during the week of June 9–12, the first-semester comprehensive exams will be administered (
), as required by our Assessment Regulations, for the following courses:
- Grades 1–4: Language Arts, Mathematics.
- Grades 5–8: Language Arts, Math, Science, and History.
- 9th and 10th grades: Language Arts, Math, Science, and History.
- 11th and 12th grades: Language Arts and Mathematics.
The application process takes into account the material covered in each course during the semester; therefore, during the week of June 2, there will be a new cycle of re-
instruction (review), during which the material covered during the semester in each of the evaluated courses will be reinforced.
The exams will be administered in person on the following dates and times:
- Monday, June 9: Global History Exam, 9:45 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.
- Tuesday, June 10: Global Language Test 9:45–11:15 a.m.
- Wednesday, June 11: Global Math Test 9:45–11:15 a.m.
- Thursday, June 12: Global Science Test, 9:45–11:15 a.m.
